Kaitlin Maier 2019 Winner
Co-founder and CEO, Reia Health
As Co-Founder and CEO of Reia, Kaitlin leads business and IP development and assists with product design. She graduated from Dartmouth with a B.E. in mechanical engineering and, previously, worked for Sherpa Technology Group, an intellectual property advisory and brokerage firm. While at Sherpa Technology she developed patent claims strategies for biotech, aerospace and defense, semiconductor, and autonomous vehicle companies. Her co-founders at Reia (two female engineers and a urogynecologist) came together over their passion to bring much needed innovation to the Women’s Health space.
